## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte's GPS HR Strategy & Technology practice, you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, security, and technical requirements. You advise clients, steer design discussions, and resolve complex integration challenges to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee testing and cutover, and drive risk management across delivery streams. This role supports Deloitte's mission to transform HR with AI and emerging tech by shaping scalable integration solutions for public sector clients. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to enable a high-impact HR technology program.
