 * Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS environments
 * Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and security configurations.
 * Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity management.
 * Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
 * Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, patching, testing, and release management.
 * Perform instance refreshes and migration activities across environments.
 * Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party systems.
 * Troubleshoot application, security, workflow, and access-related issues
