Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Architect and Delivery Lead, you drive the design and implementation of AWS-based contact center solutions. You will guide onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality and advancing sales opportunities with clients. You collaborate across strategy, technology, and design to turn customer strategies into scalable digital experiences. You shape how organizations transform customer service with Amazon Connect, Lex, and CCaaS capabilities. This role offers meaningful impact by delivering high-value cloud architectures that enable growth and superior customer experiences.
