## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Workday Student implementations for higher education clients, translating requirements into configuration and process changes. You will analyze current student records workflows and design future-state solutions, coordinating with university leadership, IT, and Workday consultants to ensure delivery. You'll operate in a center model, balancing independent work with team collaboration to drive HR technology transformation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering effective Workday Student solutions and aligning stakeholders around a shared path forward.
