You set technical direction, remove blockers, and contribute hands-on to design, review, and debugging efforts. You translate complex trade-offs for client leaders and influence decisions at the executive level. Pods may operate onshore or in hybrid setups to maximize speed and scale, aligning with Deloitte's global delivery capability. You help advance client product, data, and platform capabilities within a trusted advisor partnership.
