Experteer Overview In this role you will support Deloitte's AMS engagements for Oracle Retail Cloud, driving ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate incident and change management, optimize business processes, and design solutions across MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations. You'll partner with business and tech teams to improve stability, automation, and performance, and may also lead Retail implementation workstreams when needed. You'll communicate with engagement leadership to ensure alignment and outcomes. This is a senior, collaborative role focused on transforming retail technology and operations. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design and testing coordination * Stakeholder engagement and communications with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams * Support of Oracle a
