Experteer Overview In this role you help clients navigate IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shaping integration and separation strategies. You will lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams, guiding Day 1, TSA, and long-term IT roadmaps. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you develop client-ready materials and manage multi-workstream delivery. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and practice-building. This position offers opportunities to influence technology-enabled deal outcomes within Deloitte's M&A I&D practice.
