Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and deliver Amazon Connect solutions within Deloitte's Sales & Service team, leading onshore and offshore delivery and advising clients on AWS best practices. You will shape cloud-based contact center initiatives and identify new opportunities at existing clients. You'll work with a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality outcomes and drive transformational customer experiences. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale, multi-channel contact center programs.
