Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte's GPS HR Strategy & Technology practice, you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment. You serve as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges. You oversee inbound/outbound integrations, routing data and ensuring security and quality. You manage cross-functional teams, drive risk and delivery governance, and contribute to asset development and practitioner coaching. This role offers impact across government and public sector HR transformations.
