## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field
 * 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, implementations, or business transformation initiatives
 * Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operational business processes
 * Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar systems
 * Experience leading system testing, workflow design, and process improvement projects
 * Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, * Prior involvement in a full-cycle ERP implementation
 * Experience with data migration, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
 * Project management experience preferred
 * Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, CPA, or related certifications are a plus
 * Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

## Description

* Lead ERP implementation, deployment, and optimization initiatives across finance and operations
 * Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners
 * Document, evaluate, and improve accounting and operational workflows
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
 * Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
 * Validate data migration, system integrations, and reporting functionality
 * Develop and maintain ERP-based financial and operational reporting tools
 * Create and deliver user training and support end-user adoption
 * Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements
 * Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities
 * Support future system upgrades, enhancements, and expansion initiatives
 * Ensure system controls and processes align with business objectives and compliance requirements
