As a member of the New Revenue Team, you will collaborate closely with a team of engineers, product managers, and marketers to rapidly prototype, develop, test, and launch brand-new business concepts. This role goes beyond optimization-it's about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do. You will be responsible for taking software from ideation to deployment, often venturing into uncharted territory, developing brand-new solutions and iterating based on real-world learnings. You'll thrive by thinking outside the box, understanding the business case for your projects, and setting the pace and breadth for engineers across the company. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering. Responsibility * Deliver product features and technology improvements as part of a passionate agile development team working on a high impact roadmap * Write high quality code in JavaScript, Typescript, and React * Create secure, efficient backend services in Typescript/Javascript, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages * Write and maintain unit and functional tests for every feature * Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments * Work cooperatively with product management and design to create features that satisfy user needs with simplicity, consistency and robustness * Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to continuously increase the team's productivity and efficiency * Stay current with the latest development best practices and share your findings with the team * Participate in Agile environments using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (Git) Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
