Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and scale AI-driven tax tech solutions, leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality AI applications aligned with client and firm objectives. You coordinate across cross-functional teams and with clients to drive impactful, reliable software delivery. You will shape engineering practices, mentor juniors, and ensure robust performance and documentation. This position offers the chance to apply advanced AI, including LLM-based solutions, to optimize tax services at scale.
