## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte's GPS HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, security, and technical requirements. You'll act as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges. You'll design and implement inbound/outbound integrations with attention to data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation, while coordinating cross-functional teams. You'll establish robust QA/testing, manage risks, and contribute reusable assets and coaching to the practice.
