Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday HCM implementations and optimizations within the HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping client solutions that align talent strategies with business goals. You'll translate business needs into functional designs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from requirements through deployment. The position offers exposure to global HR transformation initiatives and opportunities to mentor junior staff. You will work in a fast-paced environment, travel up to 50% and contribute to high-impact client outcomes.
