Experteer Overview As an Oracle Cx Field Service Functional Manager at Deloitte, you will lead an onshore functional team delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. You will serve as the Oracle Field Service expert and act as the main client contact to gather requirements, define personas and process flows, and guide backlog grooming and solution designs. You will articulate business value during sprint demos and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role sits within a team that blends strategy, technology, and creativity to transform customer experiences and drive growth.
