The Deloitte is engaged in projects * Escalate matters to engagement management as needed * Communicate with Engagement Managers, project members, and technical/functional counterparts * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality work * Align with the Oracle MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner modules and related integrations Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail/RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related IT discipline * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagements * Consulting experience and/or Retail domain knowledge preferred (Merchandising, Supply Chain) * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Mural is advantageous * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and aaaa
