## Description

Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager within Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions, you guide clients through complex mergers, divestitures, and transformations with a technology focus. You will shape Day 1, TSA, and long-term IT transition plans, leading multiworkstream initiatives across IT due diligence, integration, and separation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess environments, identify risks, and present actionable roadmaps and operating models. This role offers impactful work at scale, helping clients realize value through strategic IT transformations.
