## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you guide clients through complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on IT. You'll assess environments, define integration and separation strategies, and drive execution across deal milestones within a collaborative M&A I&D team. You shape Day 1 and long-term technology roadmaps while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development. This is a chance to influence how technology enables transformation at scale in a leading advisory practice.
