You'll set technical direction, remove blockers, and hands-on design, review, and debugging of systems with your team. You'll translate complex trade-offs for client leaders and influence decisions at the executive level while maintaining credibility. Pods may operate onshore or in hybrid configurations, leveraging global delivery for speed and scale. You will build trusted advisory relationships and shape multi-pod delivery from prototype to production and scaling, contributing to Deloitte's impact in AI and data offerings.
