## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will architect and oversee Amazon Connect implementations to transform client customer experiences. You'll lead cross-functional teams, guide cloud best practices on AWS, and drive delivery quality while spotting new sales opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client delivery within Deloitte's Sales & Service offering, contributing to global customer transformation. You will work with a diverse team to solve complex, high-impact problems and scale solutions for clients.
