Experteer Overview As an Agentic Capability Engineer, you design, build, and maintain the agentic infrastructure powering AI-driven delivery at scale. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reusable AI agent patterns, MCP servers, and integration points that enable orchestration. You will drive DevSecOps for AI workflows, deliver reliable agent systems, and contribute to platform configuration, governance, and observability. This role blends hands-on platform work with mentorship and strategic guidance to enhance enterprise delivery capabilities, scale, and security.
