* Mbo-opleiding in ICT of Elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig niveau;
 * Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte IT-supportrol;
 * Praktische kennis van Windows besturingssystemen en Microsoft-toepassingen;
 * Ervaring met Active Directory en basis netwerkinfrastructuur;
 * Probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve werkhouding;
 * Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om naar verschillende locaties in de regio te rijden

## Description

* Als Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van operationele IT-ondersteuning en het oplossen van technische storingen voor lokale productielocaties;
 * Je biedt eerstelijns en tweedelijns support als Support Engineer voor gebruikers op locatie;
 * Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt servers, desktops, laptops en randapparatuur;
 * Je beheert en onderhoudt Active Directory-accounts en basis netwerkcomponenten;
 * Je voert back-ups, restores en basis securitychecks uit om continuïteit te waarborgen;
 * Je registreert en onderhoudt accurate IT-assetadministratie en documentatie;
 * Ongeveer 60% van je tijd is operationele ondersteuning, 25% projecten en verbeteringen en 15% documentatie en administratieve taken;
 * Je werkt met productiesystemen en industriële besturingen, en stemt technische wijzigingen af met leveranciers en productiecollega's
