## Description

Experteer Overview Lead the design and development of next-gen manufacturing software for VVG, bridging shop-floor equipment with enterprise systems. You will mentor a software team and collaborate with production, controls, and operations to deliver high-value solutions. You'll shape digital transformation initiatives across OT/IT, including PLCs, MES, and data analytics. This role offers impact across divisions and a chance to work with cutting-edge manufacturing tech.
