## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and support Oracle Retail Cloud applications within Deloitte's AMS framework. You will partner with business and tech teams to ensure stable operations, drive automation, and deliver continuous improvement across MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related modules. You'll manage incidents, changes, and releases while aligning with client priorities and transformation initiatives. You work closely with cross-functional teams on both support and implementation efforts, shaping value-driven outcomes.
