Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive Salesforce-based transformations for the Sales & Service team, shaping requirements, design, prototyping, and implementation support. You'll work with cross-functional groups to design processes and ensure high-quality delivery. The role focuses on enabling customer-centric transformations across industries such as High-Tech, Media, and Energy. You will solve complex CRM challenges and contribute to scalable, end-to-end Salesforce programs. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements * Design functional specifications and prototypes * Map processes and design scenarios and flows * Lead testing, training, and adoption activities * Define support procedures and assist with implementations * Work independently and with cross-functional teams * Build and maintain professional relationships and guide others * Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Lead projects or workstreams * aaaar
