Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday functional implementations within the HR Strategy & Technology team, turning business needs into effective Workday designs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate scope alignment, and support testing and deployment to deliver stable HR solutions. You will contribute to Deloitte's mission of transforming how organizations manage and experience work. This is an opportunity to shape HR technology strategies for Fortune 500 and equivalent clients at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years leading workstreams in Workday with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM config, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Talent) * Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
