Experteer Overview As M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused deals and transformations. You will lead IT diligence, integration, and separation workstreams within our M&A I&D team, shaping Day 1 and long-term technology roadmaps. You collaborate across business, cyber, infrastructure, and applications to mitigate risks and enable smooth transitions. This role offers the chance to influence deal outcomes and build enduring IT capabilities for clients. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values practical, tech-enabled transformation.
