You'll guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with compliance and operational requirements. You'll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions and drive user adoption through change management and thoughtful delivery. This position blends technology, process design, and people leadership to improve workforce outcomes in a mission-driven setting.
