 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in den Bereichen Clients, Server und Netzwerke
 * Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports sowie Eskalationsmanagement
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (z. B. Rollouts, Systemeinführungen)
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen im Ticketsystem
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
