## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
 * 5+ years of experience in software development and/or solution architecture
 * Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java or similar
 * Solid understanding of cloud-native development and Azure
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, serverless functions or similar technologies
 * Hands-on experience building AI solutions in enterprise environments
 * Understanding of RAG, APIs, AI application architecture and system integration
 * Experience coordinating developers, technical specialists and external vendors
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience in complex or international environments is an advantage

## Description

We are building a new Integration & AI team at our headquarters in Vienna. As AI Engineer, you will help build and operate a scalable enterprise AI platform enabling our global business to develop, deploy and govern AI-powered solutions across multiple markets.
You will work closely with AI Champions, business experts and IT product teams to turn use cases into secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions., * Support AI platform governance, security and responsible AI practices

 * Translate business use cases into technical AI solutions
 * Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and related technologies
 * Design RAG architectures using enterprise data and knowledge sources
 * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, MCP servers and other technologies
 * Turn successful proofs of concept into production-ready solutions
 * Define solution architectures and provide hands-on engineering guidance
 * Develop reusable AI components, accelerators, templates and services
 * Collaborate with global AI Champions, business teams, security and architecture
 * Coordinate developers, technical specialists and external technology partners
