* Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Data, Analytics, AI oder Business Transformation
 * Erfahrung im Programm-, Projekt- oder Portfoliomanagement sowie im Stakeholder:in-Management
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Data & AI Technologien, Analytics-Plattformen und modernen IT-Betriebsmodellen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) für die interne und externe Kommunikation sowie Erfahrung in internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen

## Description

* Steuerung von Daten- & KI-Initiativen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Skalierung
 * Verantwortung für das Data-&-AI-Portfolio, inklusive Priorisierung, Erfolgsmessung und Management-Reporting
 * Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung wertschöpfender Daten- & KI-Anwendungsfälle
 * Skalierung erfolgreicher Use Cases von Pilotprojekten zu nachhaltigen, produktiven Lösungen unter Einhaltung der Governance-Vorgaben
 * Förderung von Akzeptanz und Nutzung von Data-&-AI-Lösungen durch Training, Enablement und Change Management
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Expert:innen-Communities zur Stärkung von Wissensaustausch, Best Practices und Innovation
