## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene HTL (Softwareentwicklung, Informatik oder Netzwerktechnik) - oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
 * Programmierkenntnisse - welche Sprache, ist uns ehrlich gesagt zweitrangig
 * Interesse an KI und KI-gestütztem Arbeiten - du musst kein:e Expert:in sein, aber Lust darauf haben
 * Führerschein B - wir haben drei Standorte, du bist gelegentlich zwischen ihnen unterwegs
 * Freude daran, Kolleg:innen zu helfen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
 * Freude an Bastelprojekten

Berufserfahrung ist ausdrücklich keine Voraussetzung. Wenn du frisch von der HTL kommst, passt das. Wenn du schon ein paar Jahre in einer internen IT warst und Lust auf mehr Gestaltungsspielraum hast, passt das genauso - dann steigst du entsprechend ein.
