 * Du nimmst Anfragen der Benutzer über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem entgegen und führst eine professionelle Fehleranalyse durch, um Lösungen zu finden
 * Durch intensive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern gewährleistest du eine zeitnahe Bearbeitung der IT-Anliegen
 * Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über den Status offener Anfragen
 * Du wirst Teil eines motivierten Teams, das spannende Aufgaben mit viel Raum für Mitgestaltung und Selbstverantwortung im Bereich User-Support bewältigt
