 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Storage (idealerweise Proxmox VE und/oder Ceph)
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Security / System Hardening sowie stabiler Betriebsprozesse
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Kommunikativ, pragmatisch und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Technische Verantwortung für definierte Bereiche der Infrastruktur - von der Konzeption über Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Linux-basierten Server- und Plattformlandschaft (On-Premises und Hybrid Cloud)
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von Automatisierungslösungen mit Ansible
 * Mitgestaltung von Architekturentscheidungen in den Bereichen Virtualisierung (Proxmox VE), Storage (Ceph) und Netzwerk
 * Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Hardening-, Monitoring- und Patch-Management-Konzepten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklungsteams als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle infrastrukturellen Fragestellungen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung komplexer Incidents
