## Description

* Der Schwerpunkt dieser Stelle liegt im Bereich 2nd-Level-Support und Systemtest der Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware für das Netzleitsystem.
 * Sie erarbeiten Lösungsmöglichkeiten für Kunden, unterstützen diese bei Fehleranalysen und bereiten Informationen auf um "Bugs" zu beheben.
 * Sie verantworten die Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Systemtests und führen diese durch.
 * Die Dokumentation von Supportfällen (via Ticketsystem) und die Erstellung von Testaufbauten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
