What do you bring? * * At least 4-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting. * At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. * Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Dataflows. * Experience in developing and optimizing Power BI queries using Power Query (M Language), SQL, and data transformation techniques. * A background/experience in Security, Risk & Compliance. * Ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions. * Experience with data modelling and dimensional modelling techniques. * Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proactive and results-driven with a continuous improvement focus. * Good command of English language. Dutch language is a plus.
