## About the Role

Wij zoeken een technisch sterke projectmanager die teams kan aansturen vanuit inhoudelijke kennis. Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond en hebt kennis van: - Networking; - Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) en automatisering; - Identity & Access Management (IAM); - Testing; - Overdracht naar beheer.
Daarnaast ben je in staat om met architecten te sparren over ontwerpkeuzes en de technische impact hiervan. Je neemt de regie tijdens de uitvoering van projecten en kunt, waar nodig, optreden als Integrator en/of Scrum Master richting interne en externe partijen.
Technische pré
Ervaring met: - Private Cloud; - Oplossingen van Red Hat (zoals OpenShift); - Nutanix; - Morpheus; - Bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een sterk gereguleerde overheidsorganisatie. Profiel - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als Senior IT Projectmanager en/of IT Programmamanager. - Aantoonbare ervaring met infrastructurele IT-projecten. - Werkt volgens architectuurprincipes en vertaalt deze naar een effectieve projectaanpak en besluitvorming. - PRINCE2 Practitioner gecertificeerd. - Ervaring met Agile/Scrum. - Ervaring met planningssoftware van Microsoft, zoals MS Project. - Technisch sterk en in staat om teams vanuit inhoudelijke kennis aan te sturen. Competenties - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Technisch inhoudelijk sterk; geeft richting aan teams en leveranciers vanuit technische expertise. - Resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en organisatorisch sterk. - Leiderschap, proactief en zelfstandig. - Ervaring met samenwerking in een multi-vendoromgeving. - Stressbestendig en
effectief in technisch complexe en dynamische omgevingen.

## Description

Je stuurt meerdere projecten en changes gelijktijdig aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, voortgang, rapportages en inzet van resources. Transparante communicatie met stakeholders is hierbij essentieel.
