## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations and Salesforce data modelling.
 * You understand the trade-offs between configuration and custom development and are able to build scalable, maintainable and bulk-safe solutions with awareness of governor limits and platform performance.
 * Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, security concepts and modern software engineering practices.
 * Comfortable working in an international matrix organisation and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Eager to learn and continuously develop your skills; experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, automated testing and version control (e.g. Git) is considered a strong plus.

## Description

* Design, build and support Salesforce and Braze solutions across core CRM workflows, customer journeys and integrations within our international CRM landscape.
 * Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs and Salesforce configuration where appropriate.
 * Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST APIs, middleware and event-driven architectures.
 * Collaborate closely with architects, Product Owners and engineers on solution design, engineering improvements and platform scalability.
 * Contribute to code quality, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and release processes, while helping improve platform performance, security, maintainability and data quality.
