## Description

* Als Support Engineer ICT ben je verantwoordelijk voor
 * Je zet nieuwe werkplekken op en installeert hardware en software
 * Als Support Engineer ICT beheer je werkstations, beeldschermen in de productie, printers en overige hard- en software
 * Als Support Engineer ICT ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers en los je incidenten en verzoeken op
 * Je ondersteunt bij het analyseren en oplossen van IT-incidenten van productiemachines
 * Je beschrijft processen en stelt werkinstructies op en draagt bij aan digitaliserings- en automatiseringstrajecten
