## Description

Lead the business control and data agenda to strengthen financial performance management, decision support, and data-driven governance across the organization., * Own business controlling frameworks, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

 * Deliver actionable management reporting (KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis) for executive stakeholders.
 * Drive data strategy and ensure high-quality data foundations for analytics and reporting.
 * Partner with Finance, Operations, and commercial teams to improve profitability, cost control, and resource allocation.
 * Establish governance for data definitions, reporting standards, and metric consistency.
 * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, reporting automation, and tooling.
 * Manage and develop a team across controlling and data/BI capabilities.
