* Independent work style, strong ownership, and clear communication
 * Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in cloudenvironments and understanding of real-world failure modes
 * Comfort with GCP (IAM, networking, clusters) and infrastructure changes managed via Terraform
 * Experience withCI/CD systems(ideally GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows
