## About the Role

* Strong knowledge of the Java technology stack, software engineering best practices, and the full software development lifecycle.
 * Good understanding of RESTful web service integration.
 * Experience with Eclipse IDE for development, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Oracle Database and SQL development.
 * Experience with Kafka is preferred, while exposure to platforms such as IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), RabbitMQ, or similar alternatives will also be considered.
 * Strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns, message-driven architectures, and distributed system integration.
 * Experience in designing, creating, and executing: Functional testing Integration testing Acceptance testing Mock-up testing Ability to independently define test scenarios, create test data, build mock environments, and thoroughly test their own developments.
 * As there will initially be no dedicated QA team, developers will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and validation of their own applications before release., * Experience with Dynamic Application Framework (DAF).
 * Experience in Business Rule Management, including: Modelling Management Implementation Certifications or training in Visual Rules or Actico Rules.
 * Experience with Actico Platform integration, particularly in Workplace-focused environments.
 * Personal Attributes Strong communication and collaboration skills with a teamwork-oriented mindset.

We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client's IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.
