## About the Role

Job Title : DevOps Engineer Role Purpose The DevOps Engineer is responsible for enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), driving automation, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments using infrastructure-as-code practices - Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues - Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes and platform stability - Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions - Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure systems comply with security, compliance, and governance requirements Required Experience & Skills - Minimum 5+
years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles - Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices - Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience working with cloud platforms and services - Solid understanding of automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code tools - Strong awareness of security, compliance, and risk management principles Nice to Have - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security testing - Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems - Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments - Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading platform initiatives
