TECHNICAL SKILLS - Strong programming experience in PHP and/or Java. - Solid understanding of software architecture and infrastructure (cloud, client-server, APIs). - Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation. - Good understanding of mathematical concepts. SOFT SKILLS - Clear and assertive communication. - Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and grow others. - Motivation and inspiration of teams. - Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making. - Good time management, prioritization, and process orientation. - Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Vue.js). - Knowledge of MathML. - Experience with Docker or Infrastructure as Code. - Experience with Git, NPM, Composer. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
