## Description

L'accueil des utilisateurs sur 4 différents sites - La prise en charge des demandes d'assistance, dépannage, prêts. - La préparation ainsi que la remise de matériels aux collaborateurs (PC, Smartphone) - L'ouverture des incidents pris en charge directement ou escaladés - La gestion des matériels remis ou reçus par le Relay (mise à jour de parc) - Le suivi d'activités sur l'outil de gestion - La mise à jour des différents référentiels - L'enrôlement de smartphones, paramétrage de PC

Environnement Technique : Windows 11, Office365, AD, iOS, Android, Intune, Service Now

Le poste est à pourvoir en intérim avec possibilité d'évoluer vers un CDI.

Le site principal est à Nanterre et les autres sites sont proches.
