You work with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to identify impactful use cases, translate insights into repeatable Copilot scenarios, and guide adoption and value realization. You lead change management, including communications and enablement programs, to build long-term capability rather than just training. You operate at the intersection of AI innovation, human experience, and responsible enablement to shape SHI's Microsoft Services practice.
