## About the Role

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Niveau Bac +2 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Informatique ou équivalent).
Vous maitrisiez le Pack Office et l'environnement Windows Server.
Vous êtes réactif, rigoureux, vous savez prendre des initiatives et êtes autonome.
Anglais technique requis.
Une certification Microsoft Server (AZ-800 / AZ-801) est un plus apprécié.

## Description

Déployer le matériel (ordinateurs, téléphones, imprimantes) et installer les logiciels.

 - Prendre en charge les demandes d'aide, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents au quotidien.
 - Former et conseiller les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques et à la charte informatique.
 - Assurer le suivi et la maintenance préventive/curative des équipements, logiciels et serveurs.
 - Appliquer les règles de sécurité du service et participer à la mise en œuvre du futur PSSI.
 - Réaliser une veille technologique pour faire évoluer l'infrastructure et garantir le Plan de Reprise d'Activité.
