## Description

Dans le cadre d'un projet de transformation, nous recherchons un Expert Technique ServiceNow CSM Pro pour intervenir sur une migration de Pega vers ServiceNow CSM Pro.

Le consultant rejoindra une équipe projet afin de participer à la conception, au paramétrage et à l'évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow, avec un rôle clé dans la mise en oeuvre de la solution et l'accompagnement de la migration.

Missions

 - Participer à la conception, au paramétrage et à l'évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow
 - Jouer un rôle clé dans la mise en oeuvre de la solution ServiceNow CSM Pro
 - Accompagner la migration depuis Pega vers ServiceNow CSM Pro
