## About the Role

+ Knowledge of MS systems such as Office, 365, Active Directory and Windows (10/11)
 + Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
 + Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
 + Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Desirable

 + IT Support - Software/Windows installation and troubleshooting
 + Network Management - cabling, firewalls, VLANS and routing and wireless
 + Server Management - VMWare, Windows and virtualisation
 + Programming - ideally C#, .NET and ASP WebForms/WinForms
 + Database - SQL server, data interrogation and reporting
 + Job Management - ticketing systems

## Description

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and effective operation of the company's IT systems. The role will predominantly focus on providing day-to-day IT support, ensuring that internal systems are maintained and that colleagues across the business can use them with ease., + Performing IT admin tasks on clients, servers and infrastructure

 + Commission new users, including their computers and getting them set up
 + Troubleshooting issues with end users and infrastructure components
 + Participate in the research and development of new systems
 + Generate documentation for existing and new systems across the company
 + Provide support for end users across the business
 + Assess issues and proactively suggest and implement corrections
 + Recommend purchases available to enhance the IT department and business
 + Develop and implement solutions, using C# and .NET
 + Produce reports from SQL
