Working closely with the Head of Compliance & MLRO, you'll become a trusted adviser across the business while taking ownership of day-to-day AML operations and acting as Deputy MLRO when required., You'll already have experience working within compliance or financial crime in an FCA-regulated environment and will be confident applying regulation in a practical, commercial way., * At least three years' experience within compliance, AML or financial crime in an FCA-regulated organisation * Strong working knowledge of UK AML regulations, financial crime legislation and FCA requirements * Hands-on experience of customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence and transaction monitoring * Experience investigating and documenting suspicious activity * Excellent judgement and the confidence to make well-reasoned decisions * Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports and documentation * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * A collaborative approach combined with the confidence to challenge where necessary * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Desirable * Previous experience as a Deputy MLRO or MLRO * An AML or compliance qualification (such as ICA, ACAMS or CISI) * Experience within payments, foreign exchange or other regulated financial services * Knowledge of safeguarding, Consumer Duty or operational resilience requirements, If you're an experienced compliance professional looking for a role where your expertise will genuinely influence the success and integrity of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description This is a broad and varied position covering financial crime, regulatory compliance, AML operations and risk management.
